Check incoming emails, delete irrelevant, set actionable emails into my tasks management system - ‘Asana’
Emails are removed from my Inbox ONLY after any associated tasks have been completed. I work on a ‘Zero Inbox’ method - if it’s still in the Inbox, it hasn’t been finished.
1x notification that a client email box was nearly full - compressed, backed up, downloaded and deleted older emails (more than 18 months old) from the server
Sometimes a client wants those emails back so they are always saved offline.
Sent an email campaign out for a client - they provide the content, I create the email and send. Respond the that email advising this has been done.
Check banking - check for incoming invoice payments - mark them as paid and input data into Xero. Reconcile accounts - checked daily.
Access ‘Asana’, my task management system - Completed 3 tasks due from yesterday. Website updates - I always check an update is recent before making any admin modifications. When done, all updates are run a new backup run and site stored offline. 1x site - updated 11 plugins, woocommerce database
Migrate a new Wordpress website into place - update details for the client account for change of site details and PHP version. Backup and store the site.
Check domain name transfer approvals to see if finalised for updating of client details.
